A starter strain used for fermentation does not grow as expected. Could the explanation come from the strain used, testing the hypothesis by comparison of this strain genomic content to a reference. 

Available datasets

Whole Genome Sequencing data provided by our internal sequencing platform, and associated metadata of the defective strain and a reference batch.

Added value

Go beyond the simple genetic comparison and propose a phenotypic explanation for the fermentation problem of the strain, in order to drive internal/external investigations to set up corrective measures.
